The stages
From the first call to the statement
Most claims reach the decision stage without a lawsuit.
- 01
Step 1: The call
You describe what happened. Antoinette tells you whether the claim is one she can take.
- 02
Step 2: The agreement
If both sides want to go on, you sign a written fee agreement. Nothing is filed before that.
- 03
Step 3: The file
Records, bills, photographs and the insurers' policies are gathered while you treat.
- 04
Step 4: The demand
When treatment settles, the demand goes to the insurer with the figures and their sources.
- 05
Step 5: The decision
An offer arrives. You choose whether to accept it, push for more, or file suit.
- 06
Step 6: The statement
When money is recovered, you receive a statement showing the fee, the costs and the bills paid.
Who you deal with
One lawyer holds the file.
Antoinette reads the records, writes the demand and speaks with the adjuster herself. A paralegal books appointments and sends records requests.
You have her direct line. Calls are returned the same business day, and if a stage will take months, she says so at the start.
